2026 Winter Recreation Guide and Program Information
Registration Dates
The winter land session runs from January 12 to March 30 and aquatics from January 5 - April 12, 2026.
The Winter Recreation Guide will be viewable online on November 28, 2025.
Winter Land Programs (land based activities, including power skating lessons)

December 8 at 8:30 a.m. for City Residents/Taxpayers

Winter Aquatic Programs (swimming lessons, advanced aquatics programs)

Summer Day Camps 2026
Summer Day Camp registration for 2026 will open to City of Belleville Taxpayers/Residents on April 7, 2026 and for Non-City Taxpayers/Non-Residents on April 10, 2026. The Summer Camp Guide (information about camps) will be released on March 27, 2026. You will be able to view it online or pick up a copy in person at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre (265 Cannifton Road).
Recreation Fee Assistance
If you live in Belleville, you can apply for recreation subsidies and fee assistance. We have subsidies available for 25% to 75% off the cost of the program based on income. The subsidy expires on June 30 of each year.
