We have an outdoor pool and three splash pads to help keep you cool in the summer.
Splash Pads
We have three splash pads located at:
- West Riverside Splash Pad - 344 Moira Street East
- Selma Bochnek Splash Pad at Parkdale Veteran's Park - 119 Birch Street
- Kinsmen Splash Pad - 151 Dundas Street East
The season will open on Friday, May 16, 2025 until Monday September 1, 2025 from 10 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. After Labour Day weekend, the splash pads will be open on weekends (weather permitting) from 10 am. - 8:00 p.m. The last day of operation will be on Monday, October 13, 2025 (Thanksgiving Monday).
Outdoor Pool
Our Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool is located at 151 Dundas Street East. The Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool opens for the season on June 27, 2025 and will close after the swims on September 1, 2025.
Pre-registration is required for all swims. Register online, call 613-966-4632 or in-person at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (265 Cannifton Road). Walk-in clients are permitted if space allows and you must register upon arrival. Pre-registered clients will be given priority in the line-up. We highly recommend you register in advance. If a swim is full, we cannot let additional people in. If you are not already registered when you arrive, it will take additional time for you to do that.

Swim Admissions Policy and Rules.
The same swim admissions policy is in place at Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool as it is for our indoor pool at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre. See Swim Admissions Policy.
General facility rules
- Please be respectful to all;
- The City of Belleville is not responsible for lost or stolen items;
- Avoid the use of scented products (perfume, cologne, hairspray);
- Attendance capacities may change depending on the activity;
- Alcohol is not permitted in the facility or the premises;
- Smoking and vaping on the property and in the facility are not permitted;
- Children under 10 years must have a parent or guardian remain in the facility and never be left alone.
- Cameras and cell phones are not permitted for picture taking or recording in the pool, pool changerooms, washrooms (without approval).
