Fall 2023 Session registration begins Monday, August 28 for City Residents/Taxpayers at 8:30 a.m. and Thursday, August 31 at 8:30 a.m. for Non-City Residents/Taxpayers. Activity Guide/activities will be available for viewing starting August 25.
We have many birthday party packages available for children and youth. We host the parties out of the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre or the Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool depending on the season.
Birthday party packages must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. The dates that are listed during the registration process are the only options available. Dates are based off of staff availability, space availability and events happening in the building.

Things to consider
You need to provide a signed contract to complete your booking. Package prices are for a maximum of 24 guests including adults. Please book your party at least 2 weeks in advance.
What we provide:
- The location, party host and supplies for all crafts and games in pre-school, sports and adventure packages; and
- Emergency contact forms for you to provide to each of your guests. Provide these to the party host on the day of the party.
What you bring:
- Decorations
- Food, drinks, cake, candles and cake knife
- Plates, napkins and cutlery
- Loot bags (optional)
- All birthday party participants' emergency contact forms
- Adults to swim (1 for every 8 swimmers)
