Birthday Parties

We have many birthday party packages available for children and youth. We host the parties out of the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre or the Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool depending on the season.

Birthday party packages must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. The dates that are listed during the registration process are the only options available. Dates are based off of staff availability, space availability and events happening in the building.

Note: We will be running reduced Birthday Party options during Summer months. For pool parties, please confirm what location your party is at during Summer months.

Things to consider

You need to provide a signed contract to complete your booking. Package prices are for a maximum of 24 guests including adults. Please book your party at least 2 weeks in advance.

What we provide:

The location, party host and supplies for all crafts and games in pre-school, sports and adventure packages; and
Emergency contact forms for you to provide to each of your guests. Provide these to the party host on the day of the party.

What you bring:

Decorations
Food, drinks, cake, candles and cake knife
Plates, napkins and cutlery
Loot bags (optional)
All birthday party participants' emergency contact forms
Adults to swim (1 for every 8 swimmers)

Preschool party packages (1 to 6 years)

Preschool package description
Pre-school package (1 to 6 years)
Preschool package: (Ages 1-6) Maximum 24 guests including adults Saturday 12:30-2:30pm 2 hours in the Preschool Room with a Party Host leading games, crafts for the first hour and then assisting with food and other activities in the second hour. Theme options include; Pirates and Princesses Peppa Pig Paw Patrol Super Hero Kids

Sports package (4 years and up)

Sports package (4 years and up)
Sports package:(Ages 4 & up) Maximum 24 guests including adults Sunday 11:00am-1:00pm (Gym time: 11:00am-12:00pm) 1 hour in the Gymnasium with a Party Host leading sports activities and 2 hours overall in a meeting room. Full party length is 2 hours. Our party host will lead a variety of sports such as soccer, dodgeball, floorball, basketball, etc. Themes include; Basketball Soccer Floorball General games (camp style)

Adventure package (6 to 10 years)

Adventure package (6-10 years)
Adventure package (Ages 6+) Maximum 24 guests including adults Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm 2 hours in the 50+ Centre with a Party Host leading party activities for the first hour and then assisting with food and other activities in the second hour. Themes include; Minute-to-Win-It Challenges Survivor Challenges Craftatic Fun and Games Superhero Extravaganza

Private pool package (all ages)

Private pool package (All ages)
Private pool package: (Any Ages)Package available: 1.5 hours in the pool classroom and 1 hour in the main pool, the therapy pool, or the preschool pool (Additional pool(s), staff, or equipment may be added for an extra fee – see below). Maximum of 24 swimmer Saturday & Sundays 2:00-4:30pm (You have the Meeting Room from 2:00-4:30pm and swimming from 3:30-4:30pm)
