Customer Service Desk

Winter 2026 Hours

January 5 - March 30, 2026

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:45 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursday 6:45 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Saturdays 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m

Sundays 7:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.

The Community Services Department offers the following services at the customer service desk:

Program registration and payments
Facility rentals, inquiries and payments (for all City facilities)
Account set up
City services: Dog tags, bag tags, bus passes, burn permits and tax payments
Fee assistance support
Lost and found
Meeting room support

Swim cards
Advertising and naming rights
Maintaining Memories Parks Donation Program
Gift certificates
Emergency assistance and support
Special event bookings

Family Dental Centre Indoor Track

The FDC Track is now open to the public, 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(times may change for special events and holidays).

January 10 and 11:Templeman Pool closed for regular programming due to swim meet
January 17: Templeman Pool closed for regular programming
February 13-15: Broomball Tournament in FDC and Mackay Arenas
February 16: Family Day special schedule and modified hours
March 11-15: RV Show at QSWC, No regular scheduled programming (set up and event dates)
Spring Registration:
- Mar. 16 City Taxpayers (Land) March 19 non-City Taxpayers (Land)
  Mar. 30 City Taxpayers (Aquatics) April 2 non-City Taxpayers (Aquatics)
March 16-20: March Break
March 21-22: Dog Show (Gymnasium will be closed for programming)
April 3 Good Friday: Facility Closed
April 6 Easter Monday: Facility Open, Customer Service Desk closed and no regular scheduled programs
May 18 Victoria Day: Facility Closed
July 1 Canada Day: Facility Closed
August 3 Civic Holiday Facility Open and rentals available, Customer Service Desk closed and no regular scheduled programs
September 7 Labour Day: Facility Closed
September 30 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation: Facility Closed
October 12 Thanksgiving Day: Facility Closed
October 31 Hallowe'en: Programs and Customer Service Desk close at 4 p.m.
November 11 Remembrance Day: Customer Service Desk closed and no regular scheduled programs
December 24: Christmas Eve Facility Closed at noon
December 25: Christmas Day Facility Closed
December 26: Boxing Day Facility Closed
December 31: New Year's Eve Facility Closed at noon
