Our Special Holiday Schedule runs from December 23, 2022 to January 8, 2023. Registration will open on December 8 at 8:30 a.m. and will be available for viewing on December 2, 2022 at QSWC.CA. Winter 2023 Session registration begins Tuesday, January 3, 2023 for City Taxpayers and Friday, January 6, 2023 for Non-City Taxpayers. Activity Guide/activities will be available for viewing starting December 23, 2022.
Youth Belleville offers programs run by youth for youth; designed to make teens feel valued and empower them to help shape their future and the world around them. Become a member and help determine activities and events that can be held for youth in the Youth Room and at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
Mission
To provide youth with a positive way to express themselves, meet new people, and find a place where they belong by creating events and activities for youth that are free of prejudice, bullying, and violence.
Youth Programs
Youth can participate in a number of programs for ages 10 to 17 years.
Youth Room
We are looking for Youth volunteers to help us re-open the Youth Room. Flexible shifts will be offered to work with your schedule. Gain community hours and Municipality experience as a Youth Room Attendant. Apply online with our Youth Volunteer Application form. During operational times you can enjoy the Youth Room at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre on the second floor. A drop-in room for Grade 6 to 12 students full of games, electronics and more. How much does it cost?
Free for Grade 6-12 students who have a Youth Room Card.
How to get a Youth Room Card?
Visit the Customer Service Desk at Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre with an adult. Adults will fill out the Youth Room Card form. Bring your card to every Youth Room visit.

Youth employment with the City of Belleville
Throughout the year the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (City of Belleville municipality) hires for a variety of recreation positions from instructors, lifeguards, facility staff and more! Check the City of Belleville employment page regularly for new postings.
Youth volunteering
Youth must be 14 years of age and over to be a volunteer at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre. Youth 18 years of age and over will need a police check with vulnerable sector screening. Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 (2 doses) is required at this time for all volunteers within the City of Belleville.
