Due to COVID-19, there are a number of changes to our programs and services.
You can enjoy many registered and drop-in fitness classes, aquafit classes, sports programs, as well as, personal training.
Fitness schedule
We offer many fitness programs on a registration or drop-in basis. Review the health and wellness program descriptions for both adults and older adults. Or, check out the schedule on our calendars.
Sport programs
We offer a variety of sports programs for preschool and children/youth, adult and older adult.
Currently with COVID-19 restrictions, the only sport programs available are pickleball and table tennis.
Personal Training
Our personal trainers will help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your first session begins with a consultation where your trainer gets to know you, your goals, your current fitness ability, any health restrictions and your availability. Completing this consultation allows your trainer to create a custom plan that will get you where you want to be.
