Due to COVID-19, there are a number of changes to our programs and services.

You can enjoy many registered and drop-in fitness classes, aquafit classes, sports programs, as well as, personal training.

Fitness schedule

We offer many fitness programs on a registration or drop-in basis. Review the health and wellness program descriptions for both adults and older adults. Or, check out the schedule on our calendars.

Sport programs

We offer a variety of sports programs for preschool and children/youth, adult and older adult.

Currently with COVID-19 restrictions, the only sport programs available are pickleball and table tennis.

Personal Training

Our personal trainers will help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your first session begins with a consultation where your trainer gets to know you, your goals, your current fitness ability, any health restrictions and your availability. Completing this consultation allows your trainer to create a custom plan that will get you where you want to be.

Are you ready?

  1. Pick a personal trainer that you feel is right for you!
  2. Email the personal trainer you have chosen to book your first appointment.
  3. Complete the Get Active Questionnaire and bring with you to your appointment.
  4. Purchase a personal training session or package prior to your booked training session.

Amber Duckworth

Amber loves a healthy lifestyle and provides motivation through positivity. She is dedicated to help her clients in any way she can. Amber is trained in:

  • Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma
  • CSEP – Certified personal trainer
  • CFES – National certified weight/coach fitness instructor
  • Ontario Lung Association - Fitness for breath

Megan Conchie

Megan loves hiking and outdoor adventures; she keeps up with the new weight loss and fitness trends and is ready to help you achieve your goals! Megan is trained in:

  • Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma
  • CSEP – Certified personal trainer
  • Canfitpro – Fitness instructor specialist
  • Canfitpro – Nutrition and weight loss specialist

Jordan Courchesne

Improving the structure of the body for everyday life to athletic performance, Jordan enjoys helping clients function better in their movements through body weight and/or loaded exercises. Jordan is trained in:

  • Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma
  • CSEP – Certified personal trainer
  • TRX – Small group training
  • WaterART – Land senior instructor
  • Ontario Lung Association - Fitness for breath

Conor Forbes

Conor enjoys training a range of clientele focusing on improving personal fitness through a variety of methods such as weight management, strength training, injury prevention, and athletic performance. Conor is trained in:

  • Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma
  • Canfitpro – Certified personal trainer

Melody Quinn

Melody enjoys working with those new or returning to fitness and clients who have concerns about heart, lung, hip, knee, and/or reduced mobility. Melody teaches a wide variety of therapeutic classes. Melody is trained in:

  • Canfitpro – Personal trainer specialty
  • WaterART – Aquafit instructor
  • WaterART – Land senior instructor
  • Ontario Lung Association - Fitness for breath
