June is Recreation and Parks Month, Senior's Month and Community Participaction Challenge

There are a number of exciting activities planned to celebrate June's Recreation and Parks Month, Senior's Month and Community Participaction Challenge.

There will be many posts on our Social Media pages with activities for children, youth and families.

Mondays: Children/Youth Activity Plans (Science, crafts, games)

Wednesdays: Water Safety Wednesdays / Drowning Prevention Week (June 5-12 & messages posted daily for this week)

Fridays: Fitness videos (recorded by our staff and posted to our You Tube Channel)

Saturdays: self-led activities in the park – scavenger hunts and trail details/information

June 5: Riverside Park Scavenger Hunt, all ages

June 12: Kiwanis East Bayshore Trail information

June 19: Thurlow Park scavenger hunt, all ages

June 26: Zwicks Recreational Trail Information
