Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Templeman Aquatic Centre will be closed longer than anticipated. The City expects to reopen the pool to clients on Thursday, September 15. The pool has been closed for its annual maintenance shutdown and was originally scheduled to reopen on September 12.

Clients registered in recreational swims and aquafit programs for these three days are being contacted and credits placed on account.

Similar to other industries, the recreation sector is experiencing chronic staffing shortages. The Recreation, Culture & Community Services Department is working to minimize disruption to our services; however there may be further changes or reductions to our fall schedules.
