The City of Belleville is hosting a special ceremony in honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at the Lions’ Pavilion in West Zwick’s Park beginning at10:00 a.m. on September 30. Residents are asked to wear an orange shirt in support of Orange Shirt Day.
