HPEPH Letter of Instruction Requiring Proof of Vaccination for coaches, volunteers, officials 12+

Hastings Prince Edward Public Health has issued a Letter of Instruction requiring businesses and organizations to require proof of vaccination from coaches, officials and volunteers 12 and over involved in indoor organized sports.

This requirement comes into effect as of 12:01 a.m. on October 5, 2021.

Under the City of Belleville's vaccination policy, coaches, volunteers and officials are exempt from providing proof until November 12, 2021. This directive from Hastings Prince Edward Public Health supersedes the City's policy pertaining to the limited time exemption for coaches, volunteers and officials.

Effective October 5, 2021 upon entry, all coaches, officials and volunteers 12 years and over will need to provide full proof of vaccination along with identification.
