Caleb first joined the Community Services Department this past summer as a Harbour Attendant at Meyers Pier & Victoria Park and then moved to the QSWC as a Recreation Service Representative.

Caleb attended Loyalist College and took Photo Journalism. After attending Loyalist, Caleb received a volleyball scholarship with William Penn University in Iowa.

In his free time, you can find Caleb on the water! He belongs to the racing team “Tenacious”, with the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club.
