Construction FDC and Mackay Insurance Arena Doors

Exciting Renovations Coming in 2026!

As we welcome the new year, we’re excited to announce a major improvement project starting Mon., Jan. 5. The FDC and Mackay Arena entrances will undergo a complete renovation to install new sliding doors that match the Wally Dever and CAA Arena entrances, enhancing accessibility and modernizing the space for future events.

This project will be completed in two phases over approximately 5–6 weeks. During construction both arenas will REMAIN OPEN, access to each arena will be adjusted as follows:

Phase 1

• FDC entrance closed
• Guests and clients will access FDC Arena through Mackay Arena via the connecting hallway.

Phase 2

• Mackay entrance closed
• Guests and clients will access Mackay Arena through FDC Arena via the connecting hallway.

Phase 2 will involve significant work, including removal of the glass curtain wall in one section. For safety and security, temporary hoarding will be installed to the roof, and access will be restricted to construction personnel only during all phases.
