Consent to Emails (CASL Legislation)

Clients have recently received an email from our Xplor Recreation software asking you to confirm your consent to receive emails.

Please note, this is not spam and is a legitimate email sent out through our system.

Clients who have not provided implied consent will receive an email every 70 days requesting consent to receive marking-related communications. For those who have already granted implied consent - for example, by registering for an event or course - the system will send a consent request email every 7 months. This schedule aligns with the requirements of CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation).
