The Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre is home to many fitness and sports spaces, see below for descriptions:

Aerobic studio |

We use the aerobic studio for many of our fitness classes. The sprung hardwood floor reduces the impact on your joints. To rent this space, complete our Facility Rental Request Form. |
Yoga studio |
|
We use this space for a variety of our registered fitness classes. The rubberized flooring makes it perfect for floor exercises like yoga and Pilates. To rent this space, complete our Facility Rental Request Form. |
Workout studio |
|
The workout studio has many cardio and strength training equipment. Personal trainers are available to provide one-on-one training and semi-private training sessions. If you enjoy working out in a group setting you can register for a fitness classes. To rent this space, complete our Facility Rental Request Form. |
Family Dental Centre Indoor Track |
|
The walking/running track is an indoor heated rubberized track with three lanes that overlooks the Family Dental Centre Arena. Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are welcome. Clean indoor shoes are mandatory. The track is free to use and is open 7 days a week. Inside lane: 6.1 laps equals 1 km |
Gymnasium |

This large multi-use space changes into a rentable area for 350 to 400 people. The vulcanized rubber floor is 110 feet long by 70 feet wide and divides in half with a drop down screen. We offer programs in the gymnasium that you can register for. To rent this space, complete our Facility Rental Request Form. |
Rental rates for 2026
Rental for the fitness and sports facilities are reserved on an hourly basis.
- $5 million liability insurance is required, with the Corporation of the City of Belleville listed as additional insured (review options available).
- A signed contract and payment are required upon booking to confirm your rental
