Holiday Schedule Now Available
The Holiday Activity Schedule is now available and registration is taking place. The schedule runs from December 23, 2022 up to and including January 8, 2023. Pre-registration is required.

Holiday Hours at the QSWC
The hours of operation have been posted at the entrances and are available online as well.

Winter Registration Dates
Winter registration for City Taxpayers begins on January 3, 2023 for City Taxpayers and January, 2023 for Non-City Taxpayers. The Winter Activity Guide will be available for viewing beginning on December 23, 2022.

Access to CAA Arena
Due to some ongoing issues at CAA Arena, beginning on Monday, December 12, access to the CAA Arena will be done through GATE 3 only (north/east side of the building). Gate 1 and 2 will be locked except for Belleville Senators games and special events. We know this is not ideal for families that may have children playing in different arenas, but at this time we must take this interim step to mitigate some of the issues that are occurring.

Security
Starting next week, you will notice the presence of a security guard during peak hours (morning and evening). The security guard will be doing rounds throughout the building and will address issues as they arise. If you should have any concerns, please continue to report them to the customer service desk or the security guard.

Lockers/Valuables
As part of our facility rules, lockers are for day use only. Starting Monday, December 12, facility staff will be doing locker checks at the end of the night and anyone with a lock still on after the activity has ended will have their lock cut and contents bagged. You are also reminded to leave valuables at home and to bring a lock for your locker. If you do not have one, locks can be purchased for $5.00 at the customer service desk.

Share the Air
Clients are reminded to "share the air" and out of respect for those who work here and use the facility, to avoid the use of perfume, cologne, scented hairspray and other scented products. Your help in keeping our environment is appreciated.
