Virtual Programs

We are very excited to be offering a variety of free virtual recreation programming for participants of all ages including speakers and crafts for adults and older adults, weekly water safety tips, brain games, fitness, personal training, summer activities for children and youth with crafts, cooking, science experiments and more. Everyone is invited to participate in our virtual activities by visiting our website or by following along on Facebook , Twitter or YouTube.

Games Galore: ( Zoom - pre-registration required )

Join us for games galore on Wednesday, July 29, August 12 and 26 at 1:00 pm for a fun, brain stimulating hour to socialize and play some games that will have you thinking and guessing! From “Categories” to “Fact or Fiction” and everything in between, you will enjoy the friendly competition with new friends.

Learn & Create: ( Zoom - pre-registration required )

Join us each Thursday at 11:00 am for Learn and Create with a different fun project! From learning how to knit a dishcloth, paint a picture or make some tantalizing trifles, we have something to interest everyone! Trivia Challenge: ( Zoom - pre-registration required )

This fun trivia challenge program for all ages will challenge your quick thinking abilities and knowledge with a variety of questions on August 6 (general trivia) and 20 (nature & animal) at 1:00 pm.

Variety Friday:

Every Friday is a different pre-recorded video, from fitness to guest speakers, shared on our YouTube channel.

Water Safety Wednesdays, Brain Games and a Weekly Wellness Tip will be posted on social media each week as well. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to make sure you see them all!

Children & Youth Virtual Programs

Check out all the fun activities with a different theme each week that are available for children and youth on our website. From cooking to science experiments and everything in between there is something for everyone Monday to Friday on Zoom , Facebook , Twitter and YouTube !

Zoom is a free online meeting program that is easy to use and gives people the opportunity to see everyone in the meeting, as well as listen to speakers, learn a craft or take a fitness class. Zoom classes require pre-registration and you can register online or by calling 613-966-4632.

If you know someone who doesn't have internet, but would like to listen and participate in the Speakers Series, Games Galore or Trivia, please have them call 613-966-4632 and a conference call number will be given to phone into the program.

Outdoor Fitness Programs

Join Amber in the beautiful outdoors and enjoy our free Fitness in the Park classes! There will be a low intensity class on Tuesdays, a stretch class on Wednesdays and a class for all levels on Thursdays. These 30 minute adult/older adult classes require pre-registration on our website or by calling 613-966-4632. We will provide weights and bands, but participants must bring their own mat.
